Three options

Choose the kind of royal portrait you want.

Decide whether you want to change one snapshot, create a new digital scene, or commission something to hang on the wall.

01

One-photo restyle

Keep one pose. Change the costume.

Best when you already like one particular photo and want that single frame restyled.

You provide
One existing photo.
You receive
A digital variation of that frame, depending on the tool you choose.
Know before choosing
The tool only sees the face, markings, pose, and lighting present in that one image.

03

Commissioned portrait

Hire an artist for a physical piece.

Best when you want a canvas, framed print, or a human artist's interpretation.

You provide
The reference materials required by the artist or shop you choose.
You receive
A commissioned artwork or printed product under that provider's terms.
Know before choosing
CatAI is digital only. We don't commission, print, frame, or ship.

From Gillie’s phone photos to this portrait.

Twelve phone photos trained one model for Gillie, the example cat. Below are four of those inputs and one selected Royal Court result from August 25, 2026. This is a CatAI example, not a customer result.

Which photos to upload

Show the face, the markings, and the tail.

A cat king or cat queen portrait starts with clear photos of your cat. A few angles help CatAI learn more than one view. The 10–20 photo guide shows what to keep and what to replace.

  1. 01

    Face and both profiles

Include a clear front view plus each side, so CatAI can learn the whole face.

  2. 02

    Markings that identify them

Show the chest, paws, tail, muzzle, blaze, stripes, and color patches that make this cat unmistakably yours.

  3. 03

    Full-body proportion

Add a few photos where the whole cat is visible, not only close-ups of the face.

  4. 04

    Varied, ordinary light

Use a few rooms, angles, and lighting conditions. Skip heavy filters, duplicate bursts, and photos dominated by another cat.

FAQ

Royal portrait questions.

Choosing the pack, controlling the scene, and making your first portrait.

Can I make a Royal Court portrait from one photo?

Not with CatAI. CatAI uses 10–20 photos of one cat so it can learn the face before you choose Royal Court. If you just want one exact pose restyled, a one-photo tool is a more direct fit.

Do I receive a print or canvas?

No. CatAI is digital only. Finished photos stay in your gallery to keep and download. We don't print, frame, or ship.

Do I need to write a royal prompt?

No. Choose Royal Court, then request a photo. The pack sets the theme; you cannot specify an exact throne, crown, outfit, or pose. The Gillie example shows one result, not a template every photo will copy.

Does selecting Royal Court make a set of portraits?

No. You make one standard photo at a time for 2 credits. Selecting a pack does not spend credits. Once a result is ready, inspect it before deciding to make another.

Will every portrait look exactly like my cat?

Likeness can vary from one photo to the next. A varied photo set helps CatAI learn your cat's face and markings.

What happens after I sign in?

The start button carries your Royal Court choice through sign-in. For a new cat, add one cat and upload 10–20 photos, choose Starter, then start training. Once your cat is ready, you can make a Royal Court photo. No photo is generated automatically.

Pricing

The throne is digital. The cat is yours.

Starter is $19/month or $99/year. It includes training and 50 credits each month. Standard photos use 2 credits each, made one at a time. The Royal Court choice carries through sign-in so you can start there once your cat is ready.
