Privacy

We store the photos you upload and the photos we make. We do not sell them.

CatAI needs your cat photos to learn what your cat looks like and make new images. Your uploads and finished images stay attached to your account so you can use the product and return to your gallery.

Account. We store a username and/or email. If you use Google sign-in, Google sends us your email and name. We keep a password hash if you create a password account. We do not store your raw password.

Photos. We store the photos you upload and the images CatAI makes. Your uploads are used to learn your cat and generate new stills.

Payments. Payments are processed by Whop. Whop sees the payment details. We store the subscription plan and credits granted.

How images get made. CatAI uses an image provider for training and generation. We send that provider the photos and instructions needed to create your cat's model and finished stills.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load tools that help us see how people use the site. Those tools include Microsoft Clarity, which makes heatmaps and recordings of how people move on a page, and PostHog, which tracks pageviews plus product actions (signup, upload, train ready, photos, checkout, and payment). The Meta Pixel measures visits and actions from Facebook and Instagram ads. Google Search Console helps us see how our pages show up in Google search. It is not a tracker we put on visitors.

Support. The support page links to email. If you contact us, your message includes the information you choose to send, along with your email address. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

We do not sell your photos, generated images, or account data.

Delete or ask a question. Email CatAI support to ask us to remove your account, uploads, or generated images. There is no delete button on the site yet. We handle those requests by hand.
